Cancellation Policy

We love having you in the clinic and kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Please note that we require 24 hours notice for all cancellations in order to avoid cancellation fees.

If you miss an appointment with no notification, we charge 100% of the service total.

If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay 50% of your service total.
