LISANE MARINS - CO-FOUNDER + Clinical Director
With a BSc in Nursing and a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse in Saskatchewan, Lisane discovered a passion for skincare that has continued throughout the years. After successfully completing an Advanced Clinical Esthetics Program and an injectables program focused on neuromodulators and dermal fillers, she transitioned seamlessly from nursing to owning and operating her own skincare clinic.
Lisane is a firm believer in the power of professional development. In her unwavering pursuit of knowledge, she keeps herself up-to-date on the latest treatments, technologies, and trends in everything related to skin health. In addition to developing all of the treatment protocols, the health & safety procedures and training all of our incredible practitioners, you can find her delivering 90% of the services offered at the clinic, from facials, laser treatments to injecting neurotoxins for her loyal clientele.
Heather Dybvig - Co-Founder + Manager of Operations
After attaining her graduate degree in the UK, Heather spent a couple of years living in Europe where she became fascinated with the continent’s skincare culture. Upon returning to Calgary, she devoted over a decade to various corporate roles, both public and private. During her tenure, she primarily managed urban development projects, but her passion for skincare and entrepreneurship never wavered. This interest and dedication led to Heather and Lisane joining forces and launching their own clinic in downtown Calgary—Face Skin & Body Bar. While Heather primarily deals with the back-end operations, on busy days, you can find her at the front desk, ready to assist and welcome you into the clinic.
Wendy - Clinical Manager
Wendy has been with the clinic since November 2020. Through her thorough approach and the special care and attention she provides to each and every person she sees she has maintained a loyal following. She excels at delivering custom treatment plans, combination therapies and has delivered exceptional results for her clients.
She is an expert in RF Microneedling, Skin Tightening, Non-Invasive Lower Facelifts, Medical Grade Peels and all Topical Treatments as well as providing product recommendations that truly make a difference.
She holds a BSc from the University of Calgary, an internationally recognized CIDESCO Esthetics Diploma as well as a Diploma in Clinical (Medical) Aesthetics.
NAs - Registered Nurse & Advanced Nurse Injector
Nas is a seasoned Registered Nurse with over twelve years of professional experience. Her journey took a new path when she underwent accredited training for medical aesthetics in Toronto six years ago. Since then, Nas has dedicated her career to staying at the forefront of her field, frequently attending training courses and seminars to further broaden her aesthetics expertise.
Her specialty lies in full facial rejuvenation; she meticulously uses the latest products and techniques to achieve natural-looking results. Nas takes pride in her proficiency in dermal filler techniques, PRP, deoxycholic application, and neurotoxin application. Her passion for the field is evident as she willingly answers any queries about aesthetics and enthusiastically discusses the best practices and new advancements in the field.

Valeria has over 4+ years of experience in Medical Aesthetics and has a passion for all things skincare. She excels in delivering effective and transformative medical grade peels, targeted facial treatments & dermaplaning.
With a keen eye for detail and a gentle touch, she creates a relaxing and personalized experience for each client.
As a graduate of the Esthetics Institute in Calgary, Alberta, Valeria is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in skincare technology and techniques.
Whitney- Patient Care Coordinator / MEdical Aesthetician
Whitney serves our clinic in a dual role as Client Care Coordinator and Medical Aesthetician, bringing three years of experience and a wealth of skincare knowledge to our team.
She is adept at educating clients on products and treatments to achieve optimal results. Whitney's responsibilities include managing client communications, from initial inquiries to appointment scheduling and follow-ups. She also develops personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and performs a variety of facial and radiofrequency treatments, utilizing her expertise to deliver exceptional results.
